Whether you will be diving, mountain climbing or simply lying in the sun, wherever you are travelling, one thing is clear: Before starting your well-earned holiday you should check and, if necessary, supplement your travel first-aid kit.

When checking your medications, please pay particular attention to the expiry date. Please do not continue to use expired pharmaceuticals, but preferably bring them to your pharmacy for disposal!
